Romney is mad that Hurricane Sandy showed up when it did because it made Obama
look good and he could be nice to people.

...once you remember who his foreign policy'experts' were -- the same gaggle of unrepentant chickenhawk neocons who gave us the ware in Iraq (and had sneered at Bill Clinton for being "obsessed" with bin Laden).
