What is the most creative yet plausible scenario for abuse of the metadata mining, that has absolutely nothing to do with so-called terrorism?
I'll start: if you see company A starting to have a lot of phone conversations with company B, you might suspect a merger is coming and make stock purchases/sells accordingly. And, not being an insider, it wouldn't be considered insider trading.
