A sick Minnesota mom who pimped out her special-needs daughter for sex has been sentenced to six months in a county workhouse.

Cheryl Tchida, 51, dumped her 19-year-old daughter — who has dwarfism, the mental age of a 5-year-old and an IQ of just 45 — at various locations over a six week period.

The teen — who can't tell time, read, or care for herself — was raped by several men and even ended up getting pregnant.

A judge heard Tchida first dropped her daughter off at a Roseville motel on July 3, 2012, so she could "hang out" with a 17-year-old pal she'd met days earlier.

Once inside, the man — who'd brought along his uncle and four others — set up an online dating account on LiveLinks to advertise her as a hooker charging $200 per act.

They then proceeded, against the teen's will, to gang-rape her.

She tried to get her mom to pick her up, but her phone calls were ignored.

The following day, one of the men then drove her to his apartment and repeatedly raped her for several days.

He eventually let her leave.

Can a person with a 45 IQ testify competently at a trial? Her disability is so severe that she can't tell time. Not sure about what the law is, or whether the victim would even remember it accurately.
