One of my friends posted this on FB. The paranoia based on lack of or misinformation is a little ridiculous. There are terms and conditions when a person signs up for FB. It is intrusive and the facts are you are "letting them in" to a degree. We give up some privacy on the net. People are confusing their discomfort when they figure that out they are giving out voluntarily with lists of phone calls.
Get off the internet, live off the grid, but don't pretend that your privacy is being invaded when you check that "terms and conditions" box.
For those of you who do not understand the reasoning behind this posting, Facebook is now a publicly traded entity. Unless you state otherwise, anyone can infringe on your right to privacy once you post to this site. It is recommended that you and other members post a similar notice as this, or you may copy and paste this version. If you do not post such a statement once, then you are indirectly allowing public use of items such as your photos and the information contained in your status. YOU HAVE TO COPY AND PASTE
