It's fair enough to point out an inequity, but that means the others should be prosecuted, too. Not that THIS criminal should not have to bear the consequences of his illegal actions.

If Jackson did the crime, he has to do the time. Others should, too. But first, there has to be proof of a crime. Therein lies the rub, as they say.
