Both the Iraq and Afghanistan Kenny patches are real and can be bought online. They are part of a large group of pseudo military patches known as morale patches. They are popular with some military, supporters, some gun owners, etc. Look up morale patches, it is amazing how many there are. Some are quite clever, others unit specific pride oriented, some less comprehensible or even downright offensive.
