I hate to see my fellow Democrats fight among one another over the question of massive surveillance, with many outraged by our Government doing it and others content that the information is being legally gathered and properly used. Some say I don't want this intrusion on my privacy and others not concerned about it.
Well, just as our Government is the problem in this case it is also our Government that has already found the solution.
Ever hear of the "no call" list? Well, why not a "no peek" list? The Federal Government can simply set up a toll-free number that we citizens can call and have our name taken off of the surveillance list. This way the people who are fine with being spied on can continue to be spied on and those of us who prefer to be removed from the list can retain our 4th Amendment rights.

And the no call list is ignored by telemarketers, trust me on that.
