Would George W Bush ever welcome a debate concerning the NSA?

Although I am in disagreement with the current administration on the issue of the NSA's spy programs, I am very encouraged that Obama welcomes the discussion in regards to this.

The problems with the NSA did not start with Obama and it will require the efforts of many if we are to ever end this era of SECRET LAW.

Something to consider as we discuss these important issues...
