Faith and Freedom Coalition Conference: Most Bizarre Statements
Speakers at the Faith and Freedom Coalition's annual "Road To Majority" conference Friday sought to spur social conservatives to get involved in upcoming elections and made some bizarre comments in the process.
Here are some of the strangest:
We gotta put some salsa sauce on the Republican party." Sam Rodriguez, president of the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference, calling for more Latino outreach by the Republican party. He also encouraged delegates to "just reach out and grab that brown hand."

And:
7 most narcissistic things Donald Trump said at the Faith and Freedom Coalition Conference
1.
In reference to the November 2012 Presidential election, Trump spoke of his involvement and connection with Mitt Romneys primary campaign, which somehow had something to do with his companys activities abroad.
I have to tell you, it was just an election that we should have won, and they called me and said, Would you do us a favor? They had six states, primary states, where Mitt was behind or not doing well and they asked for my help and I gave them a lot of help. I did robo calls, I did advertisements, I did a lot of work and you know, Im building a lot of things all over the world
2.
He also was not hesitant to emphasize how helpful his involvement was to the former governors campaign.
So Mitts people called and, Would you help? And Mitt called and he couldnt have been nicer and I helped in North Carolina, I went and made a keynote speech like this and he won North Carolina. And then I went to Michigan and I spoke, and he won, and he won four other states that he was expecting to lose. In fact in a couple of them, he was five points down and ended up wining by seven and five and ten points
and I think I helped a lot.
nut cases nutting it up.
