2 Things Still Confusing Me About NSA Story

1-If the NSA is so nefarious why can't they even find/track their own former employee? Greenwald has admitted to speaking to him numerous times after his video interview.

2-Wasn't it just 2 weeks ago we heard that an AP reporter & FOX reporters phone/email records were subpoenaed after receiving a warrant allowing them to do so? Which means that the Govt does in fact not exactly violate the 4th amendment, because the subpoenas were warranted.

They aren't about to violate Chinese territory so blatantly.

indeed historically engaged in illegal spying on Americans. Inform yourself. Read about the findings of the Church Committee.

Secondly, how the hell do you or I know that the NSA doesn't know where he is. I'd bet almost anything that they do.

The NSA and the CIA have ugly histories and you have to be exceedingly gullible or stupid to believe that in the case of secretive entities with vast resources, little oversight, tens of thousands of employees, they don't overstep their mandates.
