Retroactive FISA Warrants? Still 72 hrs & 15 days during "Time of War"??

Could this explain the differences between what Nadler was told in secret sessions and what is being said privately?

And even if the FISA court wasn't almost a 100% rubber stamp, how do you unhear a phone call?
