Marketplaces Are Taking Shape in the States (Obamacare)

We are getting a clearer idea of what the state health insurance marketplaces will look like. Twelve states have now made public which carriers want to offer plans in their states.

1. SEIU is a union, so don't they "bargain" their insurance benefits?

They're not technically buying in the marketplace, are they?

SEIU has a large number of members that provide healthcare, so they are active in what goes on. So does AFSCME and several other unions. I'm AFSCME BTW. I'm currently support staff for the Omaha Police Dept.
