No, this is in regards to no particular person or troll or zombie but just a general shout out. As the Zimmerman trial goes on, I expect they may have their hands full and just wanted to do a positive shout out.

Not whining about DU but saying thanks to those who volunteer their time and energy being on MIRT.

They are accessible from the links at the bottom of every page, may have to follow through a couple pages. MIRT is the Malicious Intruder Removal Team. Made up of volunteers, changing over every 3 months with an option to stay on an extra 3 if you wish. Watch Announcements Forum for announcements, but you need to have a certain number of posts, etc, to volunteer.

The Malicious Intruder Removal Team (MIR Team) is made up of discussion forum members who volunteer to serve. Their role is to keep the discussion forum clear of conservative trolls, spammers, and other undesireables. MIR Team members cannot serve for more than 90 days at a time.
