Borrowing from submarine commanders with their hands on the button and bank tellers who control safety deposit boxes, the director of the NSA, Gen. Keith B. Alexander, now says his agency will institute a two man rule, to prevent a recurrence of Edward Snowden's data theft.

Alexander made the announcement at a congressional hearing last week ,then repeated it yesterday during a television interview with ABC News' George Stephanopoulos ...

1. One key can't open a safety deposit box. There are always two with 2 different people

without the other, the box is secure. (unless one is watching a movie, where of course it is not real).

otherwise, it takes two to tango.
