WTAP interview with Sen. Joe Manchin regarding Pres. Obama's climate change plan

Please note that the local news reader, John Fortney states to Sen. Manchin that he doesn't think global warming is real. Manchin thinks Obama's plan is asinine. He also says that the US burns only an 1/8th of the coal used in the world, and if you think stopping use of coal in the US is going to clean up the planet, then you probably think the world is flat.
