Family accuses Latah Co. Sheriff of bullying on Facebook (leads to suicide)
LATAH COUNTY, Idaho-- The sister of a Moscow man is accusing law enforcement of bullying a man who later killed himself over the weekend.
Andrew Cain, 19, committed suicide on Sunday.
His death came several days after the Latah County Sheriff’s Office posted a Facebook comment about Cain. The comment read:
“We have decided that Andrew Cain is no longer the Wanted Person of the Week… he is the Wanted Person of the Month of June. Congratulations!”

The Sheriff said the Facebook post was published Thursday. Cain was wanted for a few crimes including a drug related charge for marijuana. Rausch said a warrant was issued for Cain based upon his behavior.
