Santorum Says Goodbye to WND

It was just a little over six months ago that Rick Santorum started writing a column for WorldNetDaily, whose editor, Joseph Farah, had endorsed Santorum's run for president (which, curiously, WND was loath about promoting, a rare case of WND turning down an occasion to engage in self-promotion). Now, he's going away.

Santorum used his June 23 WND column to engage in a round of self-congratulation before stating that it would be his last:

Ricky needs to find a job to support all those kidlets he has..Spouting religious nonsense for a fringe group like WND is not as lucrative as he first thought.

Former politicians:
write books...did that..not many cared
lecture...did that..not many cared
teach...probably would scare the students too much to be hired
go on tv....creepy guys like him don't usually succeed & Fox already has Huckleberry
become a lobbyist...some organization has to think you have pull..he does not
