Politico reporter Ginger Gibson was at the House Democrats' press conference Wednesday morning when the Supreme Court's decision on the Defense of Marriage Act was released. She snapped a photo of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) reading a note relaying the court's decision to strike down the law as unconstitutional, with Kathleen Sebelius, Secretary of Health and Human Services, reading over her shoulder.
