1. I wonder if the CDC takes in account that these nine have the best healthcare?

And have eyes on them, 24/7.

I doubt any will pass before President Obama is gone.

3. Probability is that Hillary Clinton will pick the game changer in 2017 or 2018.

I personally would like to see at that time Hillary nominate Barack Obama to the US Supreme Court

(President Obama would not be the first president to sit on the court after his term was over.and NO, there is NO requirement one
has to be a judge either.)

Probability that the court will be 6 to 3 ,7 to 2 or 8 to 1 by the end of Hillary's second term is probably 80% also.

Had Jimmy Carter been reelected, and Al Gore seated, probability that the court would have been 9 to 0 is 100%.

If we are lucky -- Tony will be six feet under by end of this term.

5. Most likely both shall retire in the next 3 years

Judge Ginsberg already said she wants to serve through 2014-15.

President Obama will pick two

But the game changer will not occur til one of the 5 retires.

The sooner Hillary is seen as inevitable IMHO, the likelier that one of the 5 will retire.
I am not positive all will wait forever. I think a couple may retire in the next year or two knowing that the enevitable is going to
occur demographically.

That is one more reason for Hillary to be the one in 2016.

BUT-we must win the house and hold the senate in 2014.
I do think yesterdays ruling will insure that.

BTW-2016 senate will be easily strong for pickups by the Dems, the more the better so that they cannot block those choices.

The next justice should be Srikanth Srinivasan who was just elevated to the second highest court 97 to 0.
One can think of no reason that won't happen (and the quicker means there will be no new stuff that would stop him).
That by the way would be another historic first.
