.....or be cornered by him a cocktail party.

I don't know what it is about him, he just comes off as an insufferable dullard.

Her lawyers should have told her if she doesn't lose her cool she wins and gets closer to justice for Trayvon.

Now-the lawyer is getting flustered.

I believe the jury will understand that. The prosecution will be able to put her demeanor in contest.

I once gave a six hour deposition. it was pretty grueling. But I love verbal battle. My depo was used in a mock jury. I only lost my cool once. My attorney used it in a mock trial. She said the only time the jury didn't like you was when you flashed your anger.

After the defendant's attorney deposed me for six hours they questioned me for all of five minutes on the witness stand.

She told me that the witness was actually a teenage assault victim. When the attorney cross examined her, her nice demeanor changed and she was snotty--just like this girl.

The jury decided that their teenage daughters would have likely reacted that same way this girl did, when confronted by an attorney. The snotty demeanor did not affect their decision on her truthfulness.

Jurors are humans too, with lives and experiences and cultural knowledge. They do not leave those experiences outside of the courtroom. And they can use common sense when making judgments.

Does the jury think Zim bought himself a misogynist for a lawyer? What does that say about the defendant? If you have a jury of women wouldn't it be a good idea to understand the female mind just a little bit?

If it gets too brutal the prosecutor should object. As it is, he will let it it continue. I can't believe the jury thinks much of Knock-Knock West.

They are a cornered animal. They are going to fight nasty.

Rachel's story, if taken as true, totally obliterates Zimmerman's arguments and sends him to prison for a long time.

Hopefully the prosecution is ready with a strong re-direct.

Doesn't she think that's a racist comment?
"No."

She's allowed to THINK what the hell ever she pleases.
Whatever happened to testifying about FACTS?
I'm wondering how this guy ever passed the Florida bar exam.
What a doofus.

in his place.

It is stupid for him to ask her why other people did what that did or thought what they thought. She is not in the mind of the other people and cannot know what they thought or why did did what they did.

The judge does seem to be getting irritated with Knock Knock.
