Attention span test: who remembers Holder recusing himself over a leak investigation?
Anybody? Looking into leaks, the FBI subpoenaed the phone records of most of the AP as well as some Republican Congresspeople? Anybody?
In the ensuing uproar Holder had to recuse himself from the investigation of the subpoena. They were looking for a leak from the DoD through the GOP House to the press. Think about the stories that broke in the past two days. Draw your own conclusions.
