How much does the current NSA surveillance program concern you?

It really does not concernt me hardly at all. I just cannot see how it interfers with my life or the lives of people I care about. And it probably helps protect against terrorism

It concerns me some. It probalby should be looked at. But I do not think it is the major concern that some seem to think it is.

It concerns me. It does appear that the intrusion into privacy may be going too far.

It concerns me a great deal. The expansion of surveillance capabilities and quite likely actual practice is likely to become an ever increasing threat to freedom and democracy

To be perfectly honest, I like Paul Newman\\\'s Own Thin Crust Frozen Piizzas - especially the ones with uncured pepperoni. And I understand the profits go to charity.

Why anyone thinks that that future administration will not abuse the shit out of PRISM is beyond me.

Some of the small cohort of disruptives on this board are reasonable people on other subjects and they've gone nuts on this one simply because it's taking place under a Democratic administration. I think they're completely mad.

how can it NOT be abused?

You know something that really has bothered me about these corporations spying on us through the NSA, CIA or FBI? China could own that corporation. Or the corporation collecting all our personal information could be bought out by Iran. How about one of the Bin Laden companies owning our NSA spying contracts?

It boggles the mind.

These mercenary, bottom feeding, scum bags, play for money. Lots of people have money. So, the question is - who do they work for?

Kind of like being 'concerned' about the Loch Ness monster, IMO.

Quite simply, what country in the past, upon instituting such draconian surveillance and crack-down, has not then stepped into being a police state or worse?
