Roseanne Barr Creating New Family Comedy for NBC

http://flavorwire.com/newswire/roseanne-barr-creating-new-family-comedy-for-nbc

NBC is negotiating a deal with TV vet Roseanne Barr for a new comedy series. The former stand-up comedian is co-writing a “multi-camera family comedy” with Nurse Jackie’s Linda Wallem. The network wants to experiment with a 10/90 template for the series — meaning the show would go straight to series for 10 eps, with a 90-ep back order if ratings are up to par. We don’t know anything else about the project at this time, but a pilot for Barr’s mobile home-set comedy picked up by NBC in 2011 was eventually shelved by the network. Deadline doesn’t indicate any connection between projects, but time will tell.

unless they're acting like total gits in game show audiences. I hope she does write another show and it gets picked up. It would be worth watching. People might even tune out all the whining yuppies on "reality" shows.
