CA: Yep, there will be a massive Bay Area public transportation disruption tomorrow.

BART unions and mediators walked out and Gov. Brown will not call a cooling off period. On top of that, AC Transit drivers appear ready to strike tomorrow as well. I got clearance to work from home but my productivity will be significantly hampered. I feel really bad for those who do not have the same luxury and do not have cars.

and get to work on the tail end of the traffic mess instead of making it 5 minutes earlier by getting stuck in the middle of it.

I learned that one the hard way.
