Limbaugh is saying: "Listen friends, we're not even close to living in a free country! . . . We think of Russia as repressive, yet in Russia they are free to ban gay athletes from competition! . . . They're free to hire someone at whatever damn wage they want.. . . They're free to mine and drill wherever the hell they please! . . . They're free to lock people up without liberal habeas corpus laws, public defenders, and trial lawyers threatening to sue. . . . When you come right down to it, you have to admit: Russians have freedoms that Americans can only dream about!!"
