"What Would Jesus Lie About? The answer would appear to be just about everything, if a woman goes into a taxpayer-funded Crisis Pregnancy Center and asks a question:
When a woman walked into a state-funded crisis pregnancy center in Manassas, Va., this summer and told the counselor she might be pregnant, she was told that condoms dont actually prevent STDs and that birth control frequently causes hair loss, memory loss, headaches, weight gain, fatal blood clots and breast cancer.

(50,094 posts)I was doing the midnight shift of an answering service almost 20 years ago. A 15 year old girl called around 4 a.m., crying that she was scared that she might be pregnant because the condom broke. I told her about three different programs including Planned Parenthood and free county clinics. I then cross-examined her. Could she tell me the five most effective forms of birth control and their failure rates? No, she couldn't. I told her that until she could do the same, to stay out of back seats. To take responsibility for her fertility. Nothing preachy but firm in my convictions. She listened and calmed down. I've wondered what happened to her.

Information that supports my beliefs is factual.
Information that does not support them is false.
Therefore: What I believe is absolute truth.

A reasonable adult who wanted to prevent abortions would teach kids everything there is know about sex, the good, the bad, the ugly, and they would make birth control easily available.
The lies these misogynist death cults spread are the cause of the "crisis."
