nail guns (safeties removed so they could work faster which seems to be an industry practice), been knocked off of the roof a few times, and countless other injuries. Those he shrugged off. The treated wood is what is getting him though. He has terminal cancer and has had tumors removed from his brain and chest. After a career of representing working men injured in refineries with special emphasis on asbestos and silicosis, I have seen what Capitolism does unchecked.
