So was the sequester Obama's or not?

Republicans can't seem to decide if the sequester is their idea or Obama's. Days before when we didn't know the effects Obama's, when the world didn't crash Republican's. Slowing recovery Obama's. Now I just heard some Republican Senator once again take credit for it.

They can't even decide on the amount. I have heard as little as 2% and as much as 15%. Spin, Spin, Spin.

1. tea party relatives are proud of sequester and want more cuts

to all social programs that benefit working class people. Don't know how pundits and representatives feel, but the average crazy winger (like my mom) loves the sequester.
