Most of the talk on news programs today is about McConnell saying Trump is guilty

We lost the impeachment but Trump lost the PR battle badly and McConnell is getting blasted for being corrupt and a slimy politician. As a whole, holding this impeachment was a win for the Democrats. A lot of Republicans are on record supporting the insurection and we got the Senate majority leader saying Trump should be prosecuted.

Imho, turtle sees the trend going against trump continuing. turtle is positioning himself, as the republicon party of non-trump [clearly identifying trumps legal jeopardies], without voting, [and losing chips], against trump. Might be called longterm straddle options.
