I was on Fox News today, talking about migraine.

As you can see, I'm a plus sized person. Is it ok that they titled the video "Dr. Berman weighs in.." What do you folks think?

(58,584 posts)perhaps a bit insensitive on their part, but I hardly suspect some kind of hidden agenda in it's use.

(27,630 posts)and that a "fat wisecrack" would indirectly insult their overweight audience... I am reluctant to say it was a deliberate jab at your weight.
But, it could be one or two people at FOX who chose those words just to be snide, and it got past the bosses. Probably impossible to know for sure.

(8,492 posts)...I only went to FOX for you. I'm curious enough about the piece that I will go again...for you. I'm not sure how I feel about that, but you should appreciate it.

(5,751 posts)less than half an hour after receiving an email, a driver was at my door. I sat in a room alone with an earbud in my right ear and tried to talk to a camera I couldn't even see. I'll try to be better next time. I've only done NPR before.

(16,399 posts)I wouldn't think of you as a plus sized person just seeing your head and shoulders on TV.
I also think you did a good job. You weren't as polished as most of the talking head doctors news shows get, and I think that makes what you say more believable.

(53,010 posts)Also I don't see the title you do. It says: "Study finds possible link between BPA and migraine headaches." Great job!
