Nobody likes lawyers. I can easily imagine an impartial jury awarding a large sum to Dominion if Trump’s shady lawyers are the Defendants.

If Trump is a Defendant, however, jury selection becomes very tricky, and the likelihood of a big jury award goes way down. It’s best to keep the jury’s personal opinions about Trump out of the trial.
