Seriously, take a small screwdriver and carefully stick it in the seam around the edge of the door, where you think it latches.

sit calmly in the driver's seat, rub your hands together vigorously while chanting under your breath, "great googly-moogly" five times, then try it again. If that doesn't work, rinse and repeat until your so cold that you conclude that you really don't have to go anywhere in this cold, go inside and wait until it warms up.

Also, is the car battery dead?

then pour it on the electric fuel hatch. I'm sure it will do the trick. If not, try the needles.

and then take a thin knife and insert it into the crack and tilt it back and forth while continuing the proper incantation.

It worked on my fuel tank cover even without the crystals and incantation.

Woo is wonderful.
