Listening To Senate Debate On The Re-Establishment Of Unemployment Benefits.....

and the Repugs are invoking the name of Reagan again with respect to the economic recovery. They are saying that the Obama economic recovery is anemic in comparison to Reagan's and they are wondering why - like they don't know.

They have put up every roadblock they can to thwart any attempts the Obama Administration and the Dems have made to jumpstart this economy. They have sandbagged any effort to create jobs, work on infrastructure and all they resort to as their panacea for economic growth is to repeal Obamacare. That's all they got. They have no constructive ideas that are their own.

They have repeal Obamacare. Let the Keystone Pipeline proceed. And take jobs as truckdrivers in North Dakota and Texas.

Someone needs to take one of these Repug speeches and take it apart word for word to show the lies, the hypocrisy and lack of sincerity in what they say.

When one listens to what they say - on the surface it appears to make sense for them - but - if taken apart - everything that they say can be refuted and turned back on them and their efforts to sandbag.

It is just sickening to hear them debate this. It is sad that we know what needs to be done (they also knows what needs to be done) but that they refuse to do anything to get the right things done to give the economy the boost it needs.

I feel for the President. I don't know how he can maintain his cool - knowing that they are doing everything in their power to make him fail.
