Recall election process info page on NJ state website is down

Under recall election petition tab, click link on
http://nj.gov/state/elections/candidate-recall-election-process.html

and you get this error :

The page you have requested cannot be displayed because it does not exist,
has been moved, or the server has been instructed not to let you view it.




Want to bet Christie does not know about that either?
