The Port Authority

Not that likely, but possible, the State Police, they needed to know about the study. (And I do not mean officer Mills, but the top level)

A certain lady with a funny name and a bridge... now that was comedy gold (bridgette)

And that is just for starters.

The special committee investigating the manufactured traffic jam at the George Washington Bridge plans to issue a subpoena for Gov. Chris Christie’s re-election campaign organization, a source involved in the probe told NBC News on Thursday.

The chairman of the committee had planned to subpoena only Bridget Kelly, Christie’s since-fired deputy chief of staff, and Bill Stepien, who managed both of the governor’s campaigns, the source said.

But the subpoena list grew after the committee hired Reid Schar, a high-powered former federal prosecutor, the source said. The chairman, Assemblyman John Wisniewski, told reporters that roughly 20 subpoenas would be issued — 17 people and three organizations, all in New Jersey.

Subpoena targets include David Samson, the Port Authority’s chair, and Regina Egea, Christie’s next-in-line to be chief of staff.

There's been some leakage.

Drewniak, Kelly, Stepien among 20 subpoenaed in GWB scandal

Among those issued subpoenas, according to a source: Christie’s former deputy chief of staff Bridget Kelly and his former campaign manager Bill Stepien, as well as spokesman Michael Drewniak, Director of Communications Maria Comella, chief counsel Charles McKenna, chief of staff Kevin O’Dowd and director of the authorities unit Regina Egea. Port Authority Executive Director Patrick Foye, a New York appointee, was also issued a subpoena along with several other agency officials. The governor was not on the list of 17 individuals and three organizations. - See more at: http://www.northjersey.com/news/Drewniak_Kelly_Stepien_among_20_subpoenaed_in_GWB_scandal.html#sthash.flnWcnb3.dpuf
