Dennis McGuire went quicker than Joy did.

His family feels his execution was 'cruel and unusual'. I wonder what the family of Joy Stewart thinks of this? I suspect they felt the rape and death of Joy (who was pregnant at the time) was rather 'CRUEL AND UNUSUAL'!

Indeed lets bring back the whole arsenal of medeival techniques, flaying, hot lead, drawing and quartering, lets see how brutal and inhumane we can be in dealing out vengeance. Why let the sharia law idiots have a monopoly on torturing people to death? I'm sure with the application of modern medical technology we could make an execution last for days, even weeks, of prolonged excruciating horrendous agony.

Great idea chum. Marvelous post. Keep up the good work.
