I have found a LOT of amazing info here over the years...many resources. I appreciate the collective intelligence of those here that take the time to put things together and share articles I would not have seen otherwise.

BTW, OP, I am bookmarking this for use as research for my upcoming term paper on "the war on the poor" thanks!

How those benefits are divided up is a political decision. The choices were: to distribute the gains across the board; to give workers just enough to compensate them for falling wages and let the rich have the rest; or to let the rich have all the benefits and not even compensate workers for wage losses.

Guess which one we went with?
