1. Interestingly there were no roll call votes for that bill back when it was passed

3. Well, the bill did pass so the differences are moot in that regard I suppose

The numbers might change a bit but I think the outcome would be the same these days, the outcome of the bill was good for the 1% so there would be bipartisan support even today.
