Army general proves need for military sexual assault bill via his own sexism.

Under current military rules, Brigadier General Schweitzer has the discretion to quash sexual assault prosecutions against soldiers under his command,

After meeting with Rep. Renee Ellmers (R-NC) a commander of the Army's 82nd Airborne Division sent out emails describing the congresswoman as "smoking hot" and joked in another email to a male colleague that he had masturbated while thinking about her after their meeting.
