Question about Net Neutrality.

As I understand it, one of the reasons the court ruled against it was because there was a competitive field of options out here to select from?

If that's so, if you only have one cable service and dish t.v. to select from, and you absolutely need high speed access, is dish t.v. an acceptable alternative?

They fail to appreciate the entrenched near monopolies of the big players and the fact the big players will follow one another down the yellow brick road to screwing their customers even more.

I live in Atlanta and have Comcast for my telephone, internet and cable. The only real competitor for internet here is ATT Broadband which is much, much slower as well I would never use another ATT product if it was the only one on the planet. They demonstrated such incompetence my last move I will never use them again. There are a few secondary players here such as Charter communications but they are lacking in speed. Dish networks may be another option but I doubt they can compete with Comcast cable or ATT broadband for speed.

But as for competition, the Court fails to appreciate because the DoJ has not properly enforced the Sherman Anti-Trust laws. There is very little real competition out there today.

everything, and I mean, everything expects to go through a cable line sooner or later.

Nope. I see a huge customer backlash coming.
