should be vetoed until they learn, the way you teach temper tantrum throwing two year olds, that until they start behaving, they will be given time out and the public will be made aware of their antics.

Why do you think cutting food stamps should eliminate someone from running for POTUS or do you? Do you really believe the way someone votes, should make them ineligible to run for office? That doesn't seem very democratic of you.

I'd veto the defense budget and any bill, including the Farm bill, that cuts aid to low-income Americans.

What about the OP question: Should the President veto the Farm bill?

and sold the cows because of lack of support. That did not help the poor either. The price of milk went up. I want to see us take control of both the house and senate back in November and raise food stamps back to their original level.
