And it will be their eventual downfall. W/o even broaching 'shoulda/woulda/coulda', there won't be a single damn thing anyone on earth can do to stop it when the pressure valve bursts.

That is why the 1% is building the Total Surveillance/Security State,
militarizing the local police,
and tearing up the Constitution.

THAT is all about protecting the 1% when the Working Class & Poor realize how badly we have been screwed by BOTH Parties for over 30 years.

the guy was actually convicted of manslaughter in France for running down a smaller boat with his yacht, and killing a doctor aboard that boat.

"Tom Perkins

In 1996, Perkins was racing his yacht in France when he collided with a smaller boat, killing a French doctor on board, he wrote in his 2008 memoir, “Valley Boy: The Education of Tom Perkins.”

Perkins was found guilty by a French court. Jail sentences were suspended, and he was ordered to pay a fine of $10,000.

Perkins described it like this: “Arrested and tried in a foreign court in a language you don’t understand, by judges indifferent — or worse — to justice, represented by an inappropriate lawyer with the negative outcome preordained.”"

12. Kristallnacht

I had never heard of the Tom Perkins sociopathic incident. I followed your link and read about that atrocity. Kristallnacht is German and translates into "night of glass." Which was one of the first major atrocities against Jews in Hitler Germany. Oddly enough, Perkins compared anyone that spoke against the aristocracy as Nazi's. In Hitler-Germany, Nazi's were the aristocracy. They had to be in order to survive, even after it became clear that Hitler was insane.
I did not originally see the boat smashed by the Yacht.

Below is a Wikipedia entry about the original "Kristallnacht" perpetrated by the Nazi's against German Jews.

Kristallnacht (German pronunciation: [kʁɪsˈtalna?t]; English: "Crystal Night&quot , also referred to as the Night of Broken Glass, or Reichskristallnacht [ˌʁaɪçs.kʁɪsˈtalna?t], Pogromnacht [poˈɡʁoːmna?t] ( listen), and November pogrome [noˈvɛmbɐpoɡʁoːmə] ( listen), was a pogrom (a series of coordinated attacks) against Jews throughout Nazi Germany and parts of Austria on 9–10 November 1938, carried out by SA paramilitary forces and non-Jewish civilians. German authorities looked on without intervening.[1] The name Kristallnacht comes from the shards of broken glass that littered the streets after Jewish-owned stores, buildings, and synagogues had their windows smashed.[2]

At least 91 Jews were killed in the attacks, and 30,000 were arrested and incarcerated in concentration camps.[2] Jewish homes, hospitals, and schools were ransacked, as the attackers demolished buildings with sledgehammers.[3] Over 1,000 synagogues were burned (95 in Vienna alone) and over 7,000 Jewish businesses destroyed or damaged.[4][5] Martin Gilbert writes that no event in the history of German Jews between 1933 and 1945 was so widely reported as it was happening, and the accounts from the foreign journalists working in Germany sent shock waves around the world.[3] The Times wrote at the time: "No foreign propagandist bent upon blackening Germany before the world could outdo the tale of burnings and beatings, of blackguardly assaults on defenseless and innocent people, which disgraced that country yesterday."[6]

The pretext for the attacks was the assassination of the German diplomat Ernst vom Rath by Herschel Grynszpan, a German-born Polish Jew resident in Paris. Kristallnacht was followed by additional economic and political persecution of Jews, and is viewed by historians as part of Nazi Germany's broader racial policy, and the beginning of the Final Solution and The Holocaust

By author Milton Meyer.

He was an American who went over to Germany in the early fifties, and passed himself off as a gentile, in order to figure out what went on inside Germany in the 1930's.

It is a mind bending, life altering book.

The parallels between what went on there and what is going on here, are indeed all encompassing. And part of the program is that many subjects are on the "no discuss it" list.

Except here it is anyone that has a lousy credit record who is wearing a computerized equivalent of a yellow star. You can't hold a job, can't remain free from police hassles, can't do much once that credit record shows you are a "parasite." And for some that lousy credit record indicates you are a "terrorist." (Credit ratings actually cntribute to how people put on the no fly list are assembled!)

They own far too much of the real estate between our collective ears for us to be any kind of threat.

Most people don't even realize they are under attack. Far fewer have a plan for fighting back. And the number who can actually put something workable or sustainable into action is nearly zero.

That funny paper is sarcasm, not a testimonial.

Yep, that's what the 1% think of the rest of us, especially when we start occupying what they think is theirs.
