The Sierra Club or Russians stealing 100,000,000 credit cards? Screwed up priorities!

Last edited Sun Feb 23, 2014, 05:47 PM - Edit history (1)

Are US spy agencies so busy spying on environmentalists, lawyers and scraping websites like this one, that they don't have time to focus on criminals that captured over 100,000,000 credit cards?

I believe the answer is unconditional yes. A true WTF moment for Holder, NSA and CIA.

Target, Marriott, Hilton, Sheraton, Michaels, Neiman Marcus.. on and on.

Many (most?) won't notice the extra charges as they simply pay a fixed monthly charge.

Instead, NSA is scrubbing your email and phone calls and assigning you a threat rating.

There is now growing concern that CIA and NSA are spying on environmentalists and feeding the data to corporations.

Then there's this gem, granting police powers to the military last year, this was a unilateral power grab by DoD...

Federal military commanders have the authority, in extraordinary emergency circumstances where prior authorization by the President is impossible and duly constituted local authorities are unable to control the situation, to engage temporarily in activities that are necessary to quell large-scale, unexpected civil disturbances.

No apologies should be accepted by Democrats for these programs that violate the spirit and intent of the constitution - Washington is militarizing the police, stifling dissent and eroding quality of life by wasteful spending on domestic spying programs.

If you can't feel safe without these extraordinary and extreme measures, move to a bunker in Utah or Idaho. Much safer there as long as you don't get shot by some nut with a gun. Odds are much better for that than Mullah Jones planting a bomb in your panties.

These stories are easy to research. The links below are easy to find and just a sample of what is available:

the NSA spying were as invasive as you claim they would have caught onto this scam?

Most of the issues with credit cards being hacked lies in the software and security of the cards and their providers not paying enough for security measures.

which is prioritizing spying on web sites like this and accumulating your messages and contacts to determine your threat as an individual to the US.

Don't you think foreign nationals ripping off 100,000,000 credit cards is as important as watching activities of keystone pipeline protestors or reporters?

How many hundreds of billions of dollars are we going to spend on spying?

Maybe Holder needs some time off snooping around Washington Post or NY Times. Or did he take early retirement?

It is a screwed up priority system and a piss poor example of principals by Democratic Party who can't seem to say no to the militarization of local and federal law enforcement.

which is why the military should not be spying on us and a public and non-military agency accountable to the public should be looking for best practices.

It can be argued that if we harden or systems - it makes it harder for FBI, NSA and CIA to spy on us.

So right now the military is winning and along with the billions spent funding these bloated useless agencies and consumers are paying billions in fraudulent charges.

that the NSA couldn't find their own asses with both hands, a roadmap and a GPS. Because that is what you are admitting when you say they can't catch criminals in other countries.

Let's face it, we already know it's a boondoggle that sucks up taxpayer dollars with no results to show for it, harms relations with allied nations and constructs evidence to pass on to the DEA, FBI and other LEO outfits, so this really shocks none of us, other than the fact that there are people that are ostensibly citizens (not PR fabrications) that defend it.

that FBI, CIA and NSA are deliberately obstructing the measures necessary to protect you from fraud because those same measures would make it harder for them to spy on us.
