Anyone know anything about "770" Accounts?

Apparently they make 5% or more. Not sure what the investment actually is but some sources say it's something to do with life insurance. Apparently rich individuals and banks invest in them and regular people have never heard of them. Best part is the money grows tax free and can be taken out of the account tax free. I hesitate to post a link (or even this post!) because it looks like spam and adware but it's still intriguing. Is this just B.S. or is this a real thing? Can i go down to my Wells Fargo branch and invest or what? Anyone know anything?
