I saw a photo of Joe McCarthy on tv last night.

I was shocked to see how much Ted Cruz resembles him.

there would be no resemblance. I was wrong. Hairline, nose, chin, ears, but especially the eyes.

like McCarthy. He goes through it every time Cruz is mentioned, and in disparaging terms.

I recently heard that Cruz hates the comparison, so now cheer every time Chris does it.

I was beginning to think I was the only one who saw the resemblance between Cruz and McCarthy. So when will someone say to Cruz, "Have you no sense of decency, sir? At long last, have you left no sense of decency?" as Joseph Welch famously said to McCarthy, marking the beginning of McCarthy's decline in power?
