more truthful--I think both sides have their hands a little dirty, if it's true that Senate staffers deliberately stole internal reviews they weren't supposed to access. But the CIA can't hack into Senate computers, either--it's hard to see how that is proper.

i have little to reveal to them, although it's just as egregious to spy on me.

But realistically, senators are the ones who are supposed to operate with the most transparency.
