3. hmmm, I'm not feeling it... give it another go, it's tough spending $20-30B/year

monitoring the Washington Post, Sierra Club, Keystone Activists and US Senate. I'm sure they'd much rather be cracking down on 20 million credit card/bank account thefts a year from Russia and E. Europe or maybe Wall Street securities fraud, but you gotta focus where the real threats are.
