And it goes without saying that the Wisconsin GOP has written into their platform that their are no exceptions where a woman gets a choice of whether or not to have an abortion-- including when she's been the victim of rape and incest.
Yes, we used to have a very progressive government, to wit, the four year old kindergarten clause in our State Constitution.
