That missed the warning signs and out right warnings of the attacks on 9-11
That got the whole weapons of mass destruction thing wrong
That argues for "signature strikes" on cell phones signatures without knowing who owns that phone
Who designates all casualties as enemy combatants, evidentially including wedding cakes

The one that has a thousand private contractors working for it (ran by companies we know are willing to start a war for personal profit). Companies who have the ownership of the data in their possession and cede the access to the US intelligence with out addressing the question of , Exclusive access or not exclusive?

The article is based on an anonymous US source. but who cares! Let's pretend that we know when Russia acquired this capability, so that we can pretend Snowden is a spy for Russia.
