I don't worry about any dem who makes it to the White House being weak on defense. What history is there that would lead one to believe anything of the sort? Just when has a dem president ever been "weak on defense"?.
I worry far more about democratic presidents feeling the need to prove how strong on defense they are. I worry far more about the pressures exerted on any White House by the (don't roll you eyes, it's quite real) military-industrial complex.
I worry far more about our engaging militarily when the results are predictably TERRIBLE. Libya, anyone?
The weak on defense nonsense is just that- nonsense to toss to the sheep.

Who got Bin Laden? Not the namby-pamby republicans, they had seven yrs to find him, but weren't really concerned about him. Now they have the unmitigated audacity to accuse Obama of being weak? If you want weak, think Cheney, think Rumsfeld, think Bush, think republicans. Think about the ignorant bastards who caused the death of thousands by taking us into a war of choice.
Republicans beat their chest and war drums, but when it comes to actual results, they failed miserably. They were an embarrassment to America.
